Tomorrow afternoon, I’m off to Orlando then Daytona Beach! I get to see my brother, finally! I’m making a trip down there to see him while he battles Stage IV Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He’s doing well with his treatments and I can’t wait to see him.

We (my friends and I) were going to hit up Harry Potter at Universal but decided to wait until the fall because I really want my brother to go with us and hopefully he’ll be feeling up to go then.

Instead, we booked a hotel with a water slide, water fall, wall rock climbing, canoes, paddle boats, etc for 2 nights in Orlando. It’s going to be a BLAST!

I will be pool side writing a ton on ROYALS, but I worked super hard this week so I could take a day or two off if I wanted and still make my deadline.

I can’t wait for the pools and the beach! Oh, and my furry babies are going too! Yup, I’m leaving them with my brother until I make my move down there soon. Cats are healers, I think. Bella especially knows when someone isn’t feeling good and I really believe she’ll take care of Jason.
